
Tomatoes. For a pro-carnivore like me, eating this was horrifying. It is juicy but the taste is really weird. But I keep telling myself, this is good for me, good for my skin as well. And I finally finished it and I felt that it does make your body more lively and less tired.
So I look up all the nutritional value and compare them to cherry tomatoes, which is the cuter, berry version and a lot tastier.
It turns out that the normal tomatoes is called Roma Tomatoes, and its just like the picture above. Below is the Cherry Tomato.

Take your choice ladies! However since you are eating tomatoes, why not try this mask?
- Prepare 1 spoonful of salt/sugar ( I prefer sugar, less is better )
- Cut the tomatoes into half and dip the surface with your preferred ingredient
- Then massage onto clean face for 5-10 minutes
- After the big mess, eat your tomatoes and wash face with cold water
MY experience was that my face definitely felt more refreshed, brighter and less oily. Also by eating more greens, my body is also detoxifying well and affecting my overall mood, mentality and physique.
